Creator Selected to Cover Surfing Competition for Olympic Games Paris 2024
In October, NBCUniversal in partnership with Visa, the Worldwide Payment Technology Partner of the Olympic and Paralympic Games, launched a new program, “Tap into Tahiti,” to send a content creator to Tahiti to cover the surfing competition for the Olympic Games Paris 2024.

Following a months-long casting call process, NBCUniversal is excited to announce Cj Kirwan, has been selected for the program. Cj will head to Tahiti to produce content around the men’s and women’s surfing competitions that will be distributed across numerous NBCUniversal platforms.

Additionally, as part of this partnership, Visa, in its commitment to empowering creators, is providing the necessary tools and resources to help Cj grow his brand and improve his skills throughout the program.

The men’s and women’s Olympic surfing competition will take place in Tahiti – the largest island in French Polynesia – July 27-30, 2024, and viewers can watch across the networks of NBCUniversal and Peacock.
NBCUniversal is gearing up to host the 2024 Paris Olympic Games across its platforms in 100 days. Paris 2024 will not only be the first Games post-pandemic with fans back in the stands, but it will be the biggest media event of the year.
