NBCUniversal returned with a presence in Davos, Switzerland for our leaders to participate in global discussions and to report on the annual global financial conference, the World Economic Forum on Monday, January 15 – Friday, January 19. CNBC anchors and reporters from across the globe spoke with more than 150 high-profile business and political leaders, diving into key topics including inflation, the 2024 presidential election, the future of AI, and more.
As business and political leaders gathered for this year’s Forum, CNBC curated an insightful agenda of fireside chats and panels throughout the week to address this year’s theme of ‘Rebuilding Trust.’

In the U.S., CNBC’s “Squawk Box” with Joe Kernen, Becky Quick and Andrew Ross Sorkin broadcasted live from Davos, Switzerland on Tuesday, January 16 – Thursday, January 18. On the eve of the World Economic Forum, CNBC’s Sara Eisen led an annual roundtable dinner and discussion to address economic and political uncertainties, seek pathways to navigate crises, and uncover hidden opportunities for greater productivity, sustainability, and growth.
On Monday, January 15, Mark Marshall, Chairman, Global Advertising & Partnerships, hosted a private dinner, led by CNBC’s Tania Bryer, for marketing leaders from a breadth of industries and organizations on the role of the CMO in making a positive impact on business, society, and culture, worldwide.
NBCUniversal’s Catalyst team partnered with the CNBC International editorial team to once again produce a thoughtfully curated schedule of panels and fireside chats at the Davos Sanctuary, hosted by sponsor Filecoin Foundation on Tuesday, January 16 – Thursday, January 18.
